Mine did not come off either. I bought two 90 count sandwich bags. They gave me the $2 back at customer service.
The $2.00 off 2 Back to School items digital coupon did not work for me when I bought x 2 Ziploc snack size bags (90 ct). I emailed Kroger and have not heard back. So just a warning…in case digital coupon doesn’t work for others.
