I reached out to Catalina Support and was told this catalina promotion was only at select stores. I purchased mine from Fry’s Food Stores (Kroger affiliate) and it was not one of the selected stores. Bummer still a good deal.

Louisville KY – Bought two 90 count sandwich bags and Catalina DID NOT print. Just a heads up.
Catalina didn’t print for me today and I bought 2 x 90ct sandwich bags. Other stuff printed fine so the cat machine was working.
Dont make the same mistake I made. I should have looked closer to items listed to get the catalina. I bought 90 count snack bags and the 48 qt bags so didnt get the $2 catalina.
