Here are all the items you can currently get at Kroger for FREE! My deals are based on the Great Lakes/Columbus Region, so your sale dates/pricing may vary. For example, my sale dates always end on Sunday because my ad cycle runs Monday-Sunday. But if your ad cycle runs Wednesday-Tuesday, you’ll want to keep in mind that you have a couple more days to take advantage of the deals.

Do most Dillons follow the Kroger ad? It seems the one about 50 miles from me did this time, but I can’t afford to go all the time, especially if this is a one time thing. Does anyone know?
