It’s another installment of My Week in Pictures! Last week I had a few great pictures on my phone, but YET AGAIN I lost them all. This time because I dropped my phone on the ceramic tile bathroom floor and totally shattered it. Thank goodness for phone insurance, but I REALLY need to start saving my pictures to the memory card. Who knows what I lost. HENNYwase…here’s what I found on my (NEW!) phone from this week…ENJOY! 🙂
There was definitely a recognizable THEME in many of my pictures this week. And it’s what is on everyone’s mind…ENOUGH SNOW ALREADY!! It’s like every day!! “Yep, it’s snowing again”. I think we’re all over it. Come on Mr. Groundhog! Bring us spring!!
Raise your hand if you got stuck in the snow this week!! 😀 These pictures do not tell the story very well, but they were the best I could do. I was literally documenting it JUST to share with you guys. So I totally turned too sharp and plowed right into a HUGE snow pile. Reverse. Drive. Reverse. I was NOT going anywhere. This amazing family stopped right away and tried to push me out. Nope. Not budging. But it just so happened that they had a chain to literally PULL me out, so that was a relief! I have no idea if they’ll ever see this, but thank you to Rene, Josh and Brandon for helping me! As I was shopping for a thank you card I plan on sending to them, I came to the realization that Hallmark could totally make a killing on “Thank you for pulling me out of the snow” cards! There’s a real gap in the market here and someone needs to step it up!

If you’ve been reading “My Week In Pictures” from the beginning, you probably know I’m a gal who prefers dry red wine and small plates of delicious bites. However! Sometimes a girl just needs some beer and hot wings!! Way to class it up, Katie. 🙂
The other half of this picture is what I hope everyone has and that is a cousin who is also a good friend. This is my cousin Donnie who is one of my best friends still and always makes me laugh.
Kroger is going to LOVE me when I hand over these coupons that my beverage spilled all over. 😀

When Cliff has a hurt eye…his girl takes good care of him. So funny how he just lets her put the blanket on. I think he actually likes it. And getting his picture taken. By the way…I DO spare you the 40 cat pictures a week that my daughter takes with my phone, so bear with me on this one.
And I will leave you with one of the best things I’ve read so far this year.

I was also going to give you a bit of a tip so you don’t lose your photos. I am technologically-challenged, so I don’t have a clue how you do it, but my college daughter’s android smartphone automatically sends her photos to Dropbox (which is free) and stores them there. Her phone had to be replaced due to some malfunction and she’d have lost everything otherwise. Geek Squad couldn’t save anything to transfer over.

Just a little tip… if you install Google + on your phone, you can set it to automatically back up all your pictures for free to Google+ photos.
