Smart Source insert to get Weber seasoning for free! If your store still allows overage, this deal will be a $0.

Total cost on sale 1.79 use your krogers fresh idea card and pay .79 cents buy 5 at .79 cents and save $5.00… Use the 1.00 off coupon and receive cash back of .21 cent per item which will = a cash back total of $1.05 in your pocket
Kerry
The 79¢ is the final price for these products after you buy 5 participating items in order to receive $5 off your transaction total. There is a coupon, like Katie mentioned, for $1 off one of these products, making them free. The coupon could be adjusted down to 79¢ off, but they might give you the overage(the extra 21¢) since the store will possibly be receiving the full amount of the coupon’s value once they turn it in.
Geneva, the Smartsource coupons come in the Sunday paper almost every week. There are also RedPlums(RP) and P&G(Proctor & Gamble)- they’re basically different “brands” of coupons.
Sue
Looks like to me it will cost you 2.95 with the coupon if you buy 5. It is 3.95 without the coupon.
Tina Smith
I thought krogers policy would now allow for coupon to be more than the actual price?
Randi Perry
If they give you a hard time just ask them to adjust the coupon down to .79. That’s always worked for me.
Priscilla
In order for the item to be .79, you must buy 5 of the like items or mix and match with others that have the same buy 5 save $5 tag. That’s what I’ve been told at the store.
Ben
No Sue, like you said, read carefully. They are .79/each. “Buy 5, Save $5” that’s minus $1 each.
Jerry C
Sue was right. the $5 off is already reflected in the 79 cent price.
Sue
Read it closely, it says you will SAVE an additional. 79each if you buy 5, not that they are .79 each.

What are the Smartsource inserts? I’ve seen them mentioned a few times
