Our plan was to launch today however we encountered some technical issues that are preventing that from happening. We appreciate your patience and understanding!”

Am I to understand that their “surprise” was the launch of their new product, and the giveaways will be March 22?
With all the bad feedback schick is getting from their so called ‘fans’ they should all be ashamed
