how do your receive a printout advertisment on promotions?
I purchased 4 packages of Huggies diapers and did not receive the $7 Cat. I contacted the company and they said Kroger was not participating in this promotion. I sent them a picture of the printout and they said it is directly attached to a certain shopper card. So, only Katie can participate in this promotion unless you also received a printout advertising the promotion.

Does anybody have a print out of the catalina ad for this deal that has the “Kroger” logo on it? I bought 4 huggies and didn’t get the OYNO. I wrote to the catalina company and they said this was not valid at the Kroger stores. I would like to email them the catalina ad if I can get my hands on one.

i did the 2 wipes and 4 diapers and i only got the $2 catalina- anyone else having problems on the diapers?
You contact the Catalina company not kroger. Try this

If that does not work just google ‘did not receive catalina’ and it should come up. You fill out a web form and they get back to you. It’s easy to do but it did take a couple weeks for my catalina to arrive in the mail.

Contact the Catalina company when your Catalina’s don’t print. They will send it to you in the mail. I did this last time on the huggies Catalina. They are very nice.
Will the diaper Catalina print on pull ups?

I just bought 2 refill packs (One & Done, one green and one purple pack), but the catalina didn’t print. However, one of them rang up for $2.44, which is better than the catalina printing. I don’t know if this was a mistake just at my store, but it may be worth checking to see if you can get the same price to ring up.
