I got my cat. Yay. The first time I did not. My total was $25.69 but customer service told me that my purchase total had to be $25 without tax. They took it back with no problem. And I used $12 in coupons I got in sundays paper last week. This us the best site ever. I needed help and you guys are awsome.
Did not get my catalina today. Total was $26.39 before coupons. I’m wondering if it is because some of my items rang up as just “Kotex” while others say “U by Ktx” even tho ALL of my items say “U” on each product. Just a thought.
Unless you are buying 9 other items you would actually end as low as $7.39, get back $5.00 OYNO. Having to pay $2.99 for the 11th item. But still a great deal.
I always get my cat at Customer service especially if they have a sign on the products and never had an issue of getting reimbursed the catalina. If for some reason your store doesn’t let you get reimbursed just go on the catalina website and they will issue you one there. Just have to wait for it in the mail which sometimes sucks. Good Luck. I got mine just fine!
Yes they will. I always ask the cashier “does your cat machine have paper in it? Or when was the last time it spit out a qpon?
I bought the above scenario and didn’t get my Catalina. Should I go back in and request it from customer service? Will they give you one?
Actually the store has no obligation to give you that money since the Catalina is sponsored by U by Kotex, not Kroger. Click the link in the Catalina Master List tab for directions on how to apply for a catalina refund. It’s quite simple.
