I agree Marie. I contacted corporate on this as it doesn’t state no rain checks. We were not offered by substitution and were down talked when we even asked for a raincheck
My store in Marietta Ga was out of both this afternoon but subsuttited other brands for both. I was able to get white Lilly flour and Wesson oil for the 99 cent price.
Our local Kroger ran out of oil by 1:30 this afternoon. The manager posted a sign that it was a limited quantity deal and no rain checks would be issued. I reviewed my coupon and there is no mention of limited quantities. What happened to Kroger’s great customer service?
The unbleached variety didn’t trigger the digital coupon. Only the bleached flour worked at my store (Denver King Soopers affiliate) and the 5x coupon was deducted as store coupon. I was able to use 25 cents peelie coupon on top of sale price which gave me $.74 per bag.
