I don’t know about you but I am all for Summer cookouts using the grill and smoker (or BOTH).  Recently it’s been about the messy foods like baby back ribs, burgers with the overloaded condiments and wings (and boy are they delicious) but you know what comes with that.  MESSY FINGERS.
