I was told the same thing at a Tennessee Kroger some time ago. That they were getting fraudulent coupons and we’re going to quit taking them. I called Kroger Corporate office and told them if this certain store was not going to accept computer generated coupons anymore. The Corporate office said they knew nothing about it. They called the store while I was still on the phone with them, they denied that they had said that. So as of Thursday I was still using them in My local Kroger store. Call Kroger Corp. before you stop using them, If this is true, bye bye Kroger for me
Laura
I would try a different Kroger. I shop several in Columbus and have never had a problem using the coupons.
Debbie
Just came back from Kroger (Columbus, Ohio) and was informed they are no longer taking computer printed coupons from Coupons.com and another website but not sure which one. I am not a happy camper right now with Kroger. The clerk said it was due to a lot of fraudulent coupons. Unfortunately a few ruin it for the rest of us!!!

I wonder if it is just that particular Kroger? I’m in Westerville, Oh and went to the Kroger on Sunbury Rd. & 161 on Thursday pm and was able to use ip q’s from coupons.com. Maybe you will have better luck at another store? Good Luck.
Georgia
the backslash is just between the price of the coupon & the number of items you can use for that coupon, hope this helps

What do the / mean I am trying to learn and how many can you use at a time ?
Phillip
If it says $1/4 this means you save a dollar if you buy four
