Has anyone raised the issue with Kroger about this coupon policy? It doesn’t seem fair to lose out when they only apply the coupon to one item when it requires you to buy 2. Seems a way for them to benefit – they still get the full reimbursement from the coupon and do not have to give you the $1 discount, so it works out to Kroger’s benefit.
