I was going to pass it by like I always do—wondering about some of the comments you make whether they are some sort of subsidized ”pitch” or whether you are being ”real”. But then you went so far as to state that this new ‘alternative’ milk is good for our bodies & good for our guts—you entered my yard. This is a harmful misleading statement. All of these ”alternative” dairy products have to use some sort of thickener and they usually use carageenean—”natural” sure but also capable of PUTTING holes in your gut & if you are misfortunate enough to have gut probs already they cause PAIN & destruction. Also the ”gums” the next popular ”natural” additive is just as bad. This SILK NEXT MILK contains locust & gellan(name change but dont remb what is used to be) gum. According to Research The Worse Gum. In a recent study on gum reactivity, 288 subjects were evaluated for food allergy using IgE and IgG immune markers. What they found was that Carrageenan was the worst, followed by mastic gum, locust bean (carob) Xanthum gum, Beta-glucan and finally guar gum. So Guar gum was the least problematic.
Someone in your position should take much more care before actually stating this ”alternative” plant milk is “”GOOD”” for our guts
