I recommend calling the restaurant first to ask about their policy. One of the local places here was put on restaurant.com by a disgruntled former employee. The guy had all the correct information so the site thought he had authority to participate. The restaurant wouldn’t accept them and it seems it takes longer to be unlisted, than listed. Be safe, and call the restaurant before ordering your card.
