Here are a few deals sent in this week that you might want to check out! Thanks to all you “Kroger Krazies” for keeping my inbox and Facebook pages filled up with great Kroger deals!! Keep ‘em coming! You guys are Kroger super stars!!
SPECIAL NOTE: While you LOVE LOVE to share Manager’s Specials finds (orange & yellow stickers shown above), please keep in mind that these are STORE specific and will not be found by everyone unless you list the exact store location you found them. Kroger Closeouts (white tag) will typically be found everywhere (with price variations), which is why I post a weekly closeouts roundup but do not post the manager’s specials. Instead, feel free to brag about those finds on my Facebook Page or here in the comments.
(Thanks Dustin!)

Does anyone know where the $1 off SoftSoap coupon came from??
Sandy
Smart Source newspaper insert. It expired 10/31.
Sandy
Sandy,
What date for that insert?
My Kroger accepts expired coupons
Jennifer
Get rain checks.
Catherine
Nevermind. You’ve missed the point.
ATZ
Yup. I am frustrated too! The shelves are cleared too. I can’t get any good deals.Just not ed a few. Darn
Catherine
Wow. No wonder I can’t ever seem to take advantage of a decent sale. Shelf-clearers like some of you greedy jerks take everything and leave none for those of us who work and can’t manage to get to the supermarket on the first day of the sale.
Marcus
Catherine,
I have run into to, but don’t just get mad, there are ways to get what you want. I work as well, but I end up doing well on sales due to A.) Being patient and waiting as the shelves do get stocked again during a sale. If you are worried about that, B.) Pre Order what you want in quantity you want, and get a rain check. As long as you get on there that you are to get the mega items all in quantites of 10 for all included items, then you can get them after the sale.
One thing I’ve learned, don’t get mad, get a strategy instead because in all honesty, if you went and saw only enough left for you to take advantage of the coupons, you would clear as well and you become what you are blasting others for doing.
Sandy
Very Well said Marcus. Having a strategy is indeed a crucial thing you need as a couponer. The frustration for whomever comes behind us are: empty shelves. When the deals are sooo good, you have no options but to clear the shelves in fear of not knowing when the next best sale will be.
Catherine, I am a mother of three, I work, and I am starting to be an extreme couponer. One of my best strategies: SHOP EARLY MORNING, OR LATE NIGHT. Some Kroger opens until 1am and they restock throughout the night. Early morning after I drop the children to school I give myself 45 minutes to do a quick run. You don’t have to get all the items at once. It’s a weekly sale….
Also, like Marcus said, preorder your items. They call me when the merchandise comes in and I just go get. IN AN OUT…..
Good Luck..
Catherine
Marcus,
No, I wouldn’t be one of the people that I’m angry with. I don’t clear shelves. I don’t need 30 bottles of hand soap. If you want to pre-order, that’s great that you can do that. I’m not trying to satisfy any obsessive/compulsive disorder by hoarding cases of barbecue sauce and filling my basement full of things that I couldn’t possibly use up in the next 5 years. I just want to be able to walk into my Kroger store once per week (I don’t have time to go multiple times) and pick up a few things on which I can get a deal. There are several well-known hoarders in my area that shop EVERY DAY to repeatedly clear shelves. They need to be banned or have a limit placed on the number of items they are permitted to purchase. It’s ridiculous here.
