Reader Deals!

SPECIAL NOTE: While you LOVE LOVE to share Manager’s Specials finds (orange & yellow stickers shown above), please keep in mind that these are STORE specific and will not be found by everyone unless you list the exact store location you found them. Kroger Closeouts (white tag) will typically be found everywhere (with price variations), which is why I post a weekly closeouts roundup but do not post the manager’s specials. Instead, feel free to brag about those finds on my Facebook Page or here in the comments.

“The Kroger is Jonesboro AR is closing soon. They are finishing the new Kroger Marketplace just across the road. Yay!! But I just wanted to let everyone know they are having a “Inventory reduction sale” look for tags! I purchased whole organic almonds for $1.29 for a large container! Dried cranberries and other fruit for 0.99 or less!”

“I needed batteries, and saw a tag showing $2 catalina on 2 pack of Duracell batteries (with a price of $4.99). I purchased these, then I saw the display showing the (same) batteries on sale for $1.99. I ended up buying 3 packages and got the $2 catalina. I thought the sign said $2 cat on this purchase, so on one (limit 1?) Columbus, Indiana store”

“Pretzel Crisps are B1G1 this week in the Delta region. I found $1/2 on the bags making them $1.25 each, reg $3.49 each. :)”

“Oxiclean Dishwasher Detergent and packs. Next to the Oxiclean laundry soap was a shelf coupon for the detergent, and a few detergents had coupons on them as well. I’m just north of Houston, TX.”

“Our Dillons had a closeout on Barilla mushroom flavored pasta sauce. It was $0.75 per jar and still generated a $2.00 OYNO catalina. Only $0.25 for three jars!”

“I just went to my Kroger with a Coupon from SmartOnes with a $2 off 7. I bought 7 dinner (some were on sale 2/$4) and I got back a $1 Catalina. Not sure how many you have to buy. But with the sale, coupon and Catalina it’s a great deal.”
