For the rest of us, you might want to still print and hold for a sale.
*I base my “thru dates” on a Saturday end date, but some Kroger regions sale cycles run through as late as Wednesday, which means some of you will have a couple days to score these. If you’re unsure of how your sale cycle runs just look at the dates at the bottom of your Kroger ad.

Was the price change just on the shelf, or did you confirm they had changed the price at the register? If you still have your ad, they should give it to you at the sale price.

Mine wasn’t in the ad, I scanned it at there price checker in the store and it said 1.92, plus I was going to get more kids toothpaste with the sale, last week they were 1.49 this week they raised it to 2.56. I have noticed they are doing this with a lot of items-the first week they are the lower price and the second week they raise the price on items by a lot. Kind of sucks-we are loosing out double couponing on the 21st as well.

Same thing happened at my store in Columbia, MO – our cycle runs Wed-Tue, bought them last Thursday 10/$10 and went today with the new coupons and they are up to $1.69, I’m not real happy with Gerbes/Kroger right now, this is the second item I’ve noticed that the price has gone up instead of down with the “new low prices”, plus we are losing our double coupons as of Aug. 21.

I am still shopping with the old sale/mega sale and bought some of these on Sunday with no problem, I printed these off today and went back to get some but they already changed the price back to 1.92- they changed it back mid-sale I thought that was kind of weird but I guess they don’t want any more freebies on them.
