Many are experiencing problems where the Quaker KCB does not ‘disappear’ upon purchase. Fortunately for me, mine did, and hopefully mine will come through.
Instead of calling, my experience is that I have better luck using Kroger chat to get missing KCB. Type your issue/request up in advance so you can just cut/paste after the chat worker joins. Good luck.
Also, I tried using the Pepsico Tasty Rewards PQ last week, and the coupon did not scan at all. Not at SCO on my own. Not with the handheld by SCO worker. Anyone else have issues with PTR coupons working? (This was on a purchase prior to KCB offer)

Not stupid. Once you click you then go to ‘get my coupons’ and sign in to your account. From there it will let you print. Do you happen to have an account?
I have .75 Kroger cash back offer. I have all kinds of problems with Kroger cash back but maybe it will work for others. Contacting Kroger does not get me my money. I usually just get the run around and it’s a waste of time.
Did you already have that one loaded? I don’t see it to load now. Sadly there are lots of issues but most readers call and they get it added right to account. I have had little to no issues with KCB.
