I must tell you, my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE way to make these potatoes is in a Dutch oven. I add about 2 TBS of unsalted butter, salt and pepper (to taste) and mix together. Then add the lid and cook for about 20-30 minutes (low heat). I tell you, they come out perfect EVERY.SINGLE.TIME.
