Post sponsored by POINTS REWARDS PLUS Rewards Program.
All opinions remain my own.
Many of you are asking if POINTS REWARDS PLUS is coming back, and I have great news because it is! Today, it’s time to start earning more Pin Codes while shopping for our favorite brands in store or online. If you use Kroger Pickup for your shopping and reach the $40 spend on one or more trips, the next time you head into store, your Pin Code will print at register. Kroger Pickup doesn’t have the machines to print, so you’re not missing out.
If you’re new to POINTS REWARDS PLUS, let me fill you in more about the program. POINTS REWARDS PLUS is a video gaming themed customer-engagement program that offers great Rewards when you buy your favorite groceries and other participating products only at Kroger Co. stores. Rewards include FREE product coupons, gaming downloadable content, gaming gift cards and more (so much more)!
There is a limit to how many POINTS REWARDS PLUS Rewards you can earn each week. Kroger Customers can redeem a maximum of (2) rewards per week regardless of how many Rewards Points required to get the Reward.
Grocery coupons are automatically sent to your Kroger Loyalty ID and other redeemable items have instructions on how to receive. If you choose this, information will be sent right to your email on how to redeem.
Kroger has over 2,500+ participating products of your favorite gamer-essentials included in the POINTS REWARDS PLUS program.
I want to help answer any questions you may have on the program. One of the most commonly asked questions is, “How do I get Rewards and what are Rewards Points?”
When you buy participating partners’ products during the Qualifying Periods at your favorite Kroger Co. store or online at Kroger.com using your Plus Card, your purchases accumulate automatically. Once you spend $40 on participating products with the Plus Card during a Qualifying Period, you’ll receive one Pin Code via printout at checkout. Once you sign into your individual member account on the POINTS REWARDS PLUS website, you can enter the Pin Code to claim your Rewards Points and redeem for gamer-favorite Rewards. You can redeem Rewards Points for gamer-favorite Rewards* such as video games, gift cards, downloadable content, sweepstakes, grocery savings, Fuel Points, charity donations and more. Rewards are constantly changing so check back often.
*Some items available in the Rewards section of the POINTS REWARDS PLUS

Steps to participate:

- Receive Pin Code(s) at checkout

Once you’ve logged in, select ENTER PIN CODE and enter your Pin Code from register printout. Each Pin Code is worth 1,000 Rewards Points.
What do I do if I did not receive a Pin Code or cannot read my Pin Code?
The best way to get a new Pin Code for your POINTS REWARDS PLUS Qualifying Products purchases is to call Customer Service at 1-800-KRO-GERS (1-800-576-4377) and request activation for a new POINTS REWARDS PLUS printout. Please have your Plus Card Number and receipt available as this will be needed for the Customer Service inquiry.
How do I earn POINTS REWARDS PLUS Rewards Points?
Once you spend $40 on participating products at your local Kroger Co. store and/or Kroger online using your Plus Card during each Qualifying Period, you will receive a printout at checkout. Pin Codes for online purchases will be delivered at next in-store checkout via printout. When I want cash back, I am asked for a pin number. What is this pin number and how do I get one?

The program transitioned from the PIN code coupons to automatically loading the points to your Points Rewards Plus account as of August 16, 2023.
Unfortunately, this system does not work. I’ve earned 2 PIN code rewards coupons since August 16. I know this because the coupon machine still produces a “coupon” that congratulates you on earning those PIN codes. You will also get a congratulatory email informing you that you have earned 1000 rewards points. All great right? Except the points never actually load to your account. I’ve emailed and called, sent it copies of my receipts, all to no avail. I’m still short 2000 points.

My receipt shows a rewards of $21.45 but no one can tell me what to do or offer any help except go to the website, which is absolutely no help at all! I have had other rewards of no use. I buy grocery at Kroger for the fuel rewards.

I show $11.00 your rewards spending. How can I use this?

My receipt says I earned gaming points but the cashiers keep the printout! When I can remember I ask for it. After shopping for 3-5 hundred dollars in groceries, loading to the belt myself, etc. I sometimes forget. Cashiers should be honest and give us our coupons and points printouts without being asked for.

I have been trying to get my 1500 fuel points for nearly a month. They responded once asking for info which I gave them. I left phone messages and I get nothing back. I am starting to think this is a scam or the people running it don’t know what they are doing.

I have gotten so many printed off yet Kroger is too cheap to replace the ink in their printers so they typically are invalid because they aren’t legible. The rewards are good for this promotion though.
