Today, the manager (Seth) came to see my problem and I will have to say I was very disappointed in his disrespect for me. Sometime younger persons do not realize older costumers are not cell phone savvy and we not not like to be troublesome but also do not like to get our feeling hurt. I have been a steady costumer with Kroger for over 55 / Thankful for Cookie who is always kind and respectful.
