They do accept printables. Just not the ones like in this case that are a buy 4 pizzas and get the bag of candy for free. The CSM is the one that confirmed it as the cashier wasn’t sure if they would accept it. They said they would accept it if was one that had came through the mail.
Our Kroger store wouldn’t accept the coupn for the free candy since its an Internet printable.
Rhonda, your store doesn’t accept internet printables? The policy I have (can vary by region) states that they do not accept internet printables for FREE products, NOT buy one get one free products. You may need to speak to a manager and clarify that.
