Last week at Kroger I received $12 in CATs for different food items. When I tried to use them in my last transaction for the oxi clean laundry detergent where I had the $3/1 manufacturer coupons making the $.99 each, the CATs wouldn’t go through towards my purchase and (I think he was a) manager said I had to use them for food items. IS THIS RIGHT? I THOUGHT THEY WERE JUST LIKE MONEY. PLEASE HELP ME UNDERSTAND THE CATS!!! THANKS
