NEW Bob Evans Side Dish Coupon + Walmart Deal on Mashed Potatoes!

So, I’m completely aware that making mashed potatoes from scratch is the MOST economical way to go here, but I must say I have become a fan of a lot of these ready to eat Bob Evans Refrigerated Side Dishes and can’t get my hands on enough coupons!! I used to turn my nose up at “convenience food”, but it has come a long way hasn’t it? With homeschooling, blogging, keeping up with housework, etc…I have started to rely on convenience foods a lot more in my old age. 😉 And my current obsession is Bob Evans Mashed Potatoes. I don’t know how they do it…but they are SOOOOO good!! Walmart has a couple different varieties of mashed potatoes, both family size and my favorite…the 2 individual servings. I love those because my 5 year old will randomly want mashed potatoes (oh, sure let me whip those right up for you. Shall I bake you an apple pie while I’m at it?) and you’re not wasting an entire container on just one little person. Enough rambling…onto the deal!! You’d think they were paying me to write this (they totally should!), but nope…I’m just a BIG fan.
