Sharla, are you using a cell phone? If so, turn it sideways to see the whole thing. If that doesn’t flip the screen, go into your phones settings and turn on “screen rotation.” That should fix it. Either way, on most cells(not all), you do have to turn your phone on its side to veiw it. It’s because you are seeing it in internet view and not via an app.
