You can do both the ibotta rebate and the Kroger Cash Back rebate, but you CANNOT combine a digital/print coupon with the Kroger Cash Back. I’ve verified this with several purchases where Kroger Cash Back is supposedly available.. No Kroger Cash Back if ANY coupon used.
The Kroger website says you can not combine a digital or paper coupon with the cash back offer.
