My Kroger will not accept a printable coupon for 75% of the value of the item anymore! No free candy for me.

Is anyone else having trouble printing these? It keeps telling me to Install Java, and I already have the latest version!
I keep having that same problem when I use Internet Explorer. I use Firefox and have no problem.

Normally what I do is go to java.com and click on “Verify Java” and when the screen comes up, give it permission to perform the test. You should get a Congratulatons you have Java message. Then go back and try to print again. You will have to do this for each browser you use 🙂 Hope this helps. I got it figured out after I kept getting this message. Sometimes you ‘ll still have to do that again.. I don’t know why it doesn’t retain the information in your system forever, but it doesn’t always.
