People, catalinas that are national should always print. You can just google “Lo’real catalina” if you don’t find the info you want on this site – someone will have additional information (how many to purchase, beginning and end dates of the catalina, etc.) If your catalina doesn’t print, contact the catalina company (Katie has the phone number listed on her site) and don’t complain to everyone that you didn’t get it. Just contact the company and they’ll send you the missing catalina. Some of you said you only received $1.50 instead of $3.00 – that’s something to tell the catalina company about as well. If you purchased the right products, they’ll send you the extra catalina in the mail – or you can just return your products at customer service and purchase different ones that will print out the catalinas.Personally, I try to stay away from choosing products that say “extra 25%” or “new scent” or ones that have freebies attached to them because sometimes the software triggering the catalinas hasn’t been updated to include the new barcodes for these products. If you aren’t sure whether a catalina will print with any of these “newer or unique” products, you can always do the penny trick if your store has a self-check out. Scan the products, hit pay now, insert a penny, then hit “back”. It should force the catalina to print before you pay for the transaction. If the catalina doesn’t print, cancel the transaction and get different products and try again. Oh, another tip: Catalina corporation updates the software for their computers daily (nightly.) Sometimes catalinas do not print during this time period – usually late at night. Here in the Pacific Northwest we know that we can run into trouble with catalinas from eleven to twelve p.m. – in your time zone it might be a different time period.
Ok I bought two of these today for 2.99 each after mega event savings. Had a $4 off 2 insert coupon so I paid 1.98 plus tax and received a 1.50 Catalina. Not free but very close! Delta region. .50 for two bottles is excellent.
I bought 3 l’oreal and it only spit a $1.50 Catalina. Then I tried it again with different scents and you cannot buy the bottles that have “bonus 25% more” on them

I want to get this deal but I have never used coupons like this to get free stuff before. if someone could tell me how it is all done I was appreciate it. I am not understanding how to use the coupons or how many to use to get them free?
NVM I just read the coupon and it’s only for the 25.4oz shampoo or conditioner!!! Bummer 🙁 but still a good deal for free

Ok.. this is weird. Tonight when I bought 3 bottles, a $3.00 cat printed instead of the $1.50 cat I got yesterday for buying 3 bottles. Is it on a certain type of advanced shampoo/cond? This is the only difference from my purchase yesterday than today.
I bought 3 at a Cincinnati store and only got $1.50 in OYNO.

hey everyone! It is the 12.5 oz bottles on sale for the 2.99 price. I used (3) $2/1Q and got them for free. My catalina machine was out of paper, but customer service gladly gave me $3.00 on a gift card for my next purchase 🙂 I just love Kroger

Yes, somewhere on her site is a link to click if you didnt get one. This happened to me a few months back. I contacted the catalina groop and they sent it to me in the mail.

The $3/1 digital coupon (for me anyway) is for the family size 25.4oz only…and can only be used once, not 5 times 🙁

you don’t have to buy 5 of the same product. You can buy 3 of these and then 2 other items that are on the mega.

the $3 is for the bigger bottles (family size) not the 12.6 oz. which are the ones pictured above and priced at $2.99
I printed 2 diff coupons. the first is save $4 on 2 adanced haircare items, (no size restriction except it excludes trial size. then a $3 off of one family size (not in mega sale). So the $4 of 2 should work with the deal.
Ugh!!! My Kroger store in Lake charles, LA never participates in the Catalinas!! I’m so tired of missing out. Congrats to all of you that can get them.
I often can’t get the catalinas to print out. Everytime I contact the Catalina company they send me the Catalina in the mail. Takes longer to get but it’s free! Look on the Catalina explanation page for a link to contact them.
My fiance lives in lake charles so I often go to their Kroger! I’ve heard a lot of people saying that if it doesn’t print you can go up to customer service and they will give you a rain check worth that cat.

I tried splitting into 2 transactions and the 1st time I got the $3 Cat the second time I only got $1.50. I thought Kroger Cats rolled?
