kroger cash back has been a problem for me lately i redeemed some offers and never never got the money back
Make sure to contact customer service. They can add money in your account if you are not reimbursed. So far I have been so lucky with getting my money using KCB.
Same thing happened for me and I can’t remember exactly which ones I am missing! This is definitely one of them:(
I redeemed some offers on 2/15 that have still not paid. The offers disappeared from my gallery soon after I purchased, so I know that part worked like it was supposed to, they’ve just never paid out. This is the longest it’s ever taken, I guess I’ll have to contact them.
I’ve also noticed I only have like 25 offers right now which is really low…usually have over 100. Is it just me?
I also had the coupon loaded and then it went away after use. From a desktop, you can click on Kroger Cash Back < My Deals and then on the left there is a Loaded Deals and Redeemed Deals filter. Usually the item shows up under Redeemed but the Lenny and Larry did not.
