Chicken of the Sea Salmon pouch is not showing up as a kroger digital coupon for me? Is it expired?

Are others having a problem with Ibotta’s new verification requirement? I have been trying for FOUR weeks to cash out some of the $35 rebates I have accumulated to no avail. Email answers take 3 days at least and I still have been unable to get the verification code needed to cash out. Be careful–these deals are not so good when Ibotta is not reliable.
I haven’t had any problems with ibotta, and I just cashed about $126 yesterday.
