week of 10/1/14
Here are this week’s MUST-DO Kroger deals – Advertised and UNadvertised. I know I promised you a video this week, but I am suffering from my very first migraine (so sorry for those of you who deal with these frequently!!) and I just couldn’t bring myself to even set up the video equipment. I tried. I really did. I did barely make it to Kroger this morning and so I thought I’d at least share with you a picture of some of what I bought! (Do you think I have enough candy??) All the details are in the list below!! Now…a nap.
To create your own printable shopping list, simply check the box to the left of the deal scenario. Then, print or gather your coupons and go ROCK Kroger!!
- Sale dates are based on a Wed-Tue sale cycle, so if yours runs differently then you’ll want to take that into consideration when using my “thru dates”. Read more about sale cycles HERE.

Hi all
I used to have headaches and migraines daily. I was miserable. I started going to Barrows Nerological in Phoenix, AZ several years ago. I take several prevenative meds–some prescriptions and some over the counter. I also get Botox injections every 3 months. I have an occassional headache which I think is related to stress or not eating small meals several times a day. Also dehydration is a BIG cause of headaches. Drink lots of water.
I am happy to discuss further with anyone who wants more info, as I am one who knows how debilitating migraines can be. Be proactive for yourself….don’t suffer.

I get migraines right before I get my period. I think it’s due to a drop in estrogen. Does anyone get these too?

Take care of yourself Katie. I suffer from migraines also. The change in the weather is no help. I do take Excedrin migraines and the doctor prescribed Fioricet. It does help when I’m at work. It doesn’t cause drowsiness. You are doing a wonderful job for us. Steph is right quiet rest does the trick everytime.
Katie
Thanks everyone for understanding. 🙂

There is no need to apologize. Take care of YOU first. We appreciate everything that you do for us. May be your migraine is telling you that it’s time to slow down and focus on yourself for a while. Take it easy.

I have migraine with aura. Sometimes with pain, sometimes not. It started about
15 years ago and I do sympathize. Find your triggers and managing the migraines gets easier. Mine are flashing lights, stress, lack of sleep and sugar

Bless your heart! I have had them since I was a little girl, NO FUN!!! If you don’t have prescription meds Excedrine Migraine works pretty good. Hope you feel better soon.

Good grief no apologies needed! Get some quiet rest and thanks for all that you do.
