Here’s the breakdown.
Spend $500 – $749.99 = 20% OFF
Spend $750 – $999.99 = 30% OFF
Spend $1000 or more = 40% OFF

Redemption is Dec 12-15, 2019 and it will automatically come off at checkout. Your last receipt should let you know how much you’ve earned.
I had no idea I was even involved in this program until the cashier pointed out that I had some 700 points. She interpreted my fuel points for me, and then told me about the promo, although not in much detail. The bagger included a flyer. I read it and found that the points would be “loaded directly to my card” and would be redeemable at Home Depot. I have since lost the flyer and no one knows what I’m talking about. I feel like a dummy for not knowing about the program from it’s inception period and now I feel even worse knowing so little about it and not being able to show the flyer to them for clarification. The same cashier told me on a different occasion that I could redeem my points for household items, but nothing about the redemption period nor expiration date. This kind of thing happens to me all the time. Sometimes I hear about things from email from friends, but never from Kroger. I would like to know where to get this information ahead of time instead of always Johnny-come-lately after the fact, on all of the programs at Kroger. KROGER: PLEASE MAKE AN EFFORT TO REACH ME, AND MAKE IT SIMPLE AND OBVIOUS SO’S I CAN’T MISS IT.

I wasn’t even aware of this promo, till I was checking out last week grabbing a few small items and the checker said ” you’ve earned 30% off would you like to use it now or late?” I was told I could use at another time, in fact it would increase the more I spent! So I came back and did my xmas grocery shopping early and very disappointed when I used the exact same checker and she had no clue what I was talking about and said ” it has to be in your receipt to use it, do you have your receipt?” For one No! Second, how is that when last time you offered it to me BEFORE I cashed out last week???? After googling this promo it’s clear it’s been a big ole cluster F! Anyway! Just gives me yet another reason to stop using Kroger among MANY!!!
I was really upset with my Kroger Store (Zanesville, OH). I went in the Friday before the discount started (I earned the 30%) and asked if the Food Saver Machine they carried would qualify for the holiday. After a bit of discussion the person I spoke with said yes, it would qualify. I went into the store on Monday and my discount could not be used and I was informed I could only use this at the Market Place. I took the machine with me paying the full price and returned it this morning. I am still upset with this deal as this was something I really wanted (would have saved around $60). Not Happy Shopper at this point!
Terrible deal. Spend $749 and get 30% off of NOTHING!!!! I go to Kroger to grocery shop, not buy grills and furniture!!! Why isn’t it off groceries??
I JUST CALLED CUSTOMER SERV, MARKETPLACE, DERBY, KS. I HV EARNED” 30% OFF ONE ORDER”, THAT MEANS 30% OFF TOTAL ITEMS OF HOUSEWARES, TOYS AND THINGS ORDERED THROUGH CLICK LIST ? DONT KNOW! TRANSFERED ME TO CLICK LIST , SEVERAL PEOPLE HAD NO IDEA ABOUT IT OR IF IT COULD BE USED THROUGH CLICK LIST. WHY? I went to Kroger as today is the last day to use bonus. I was told it was loaded to my car but I at checkout I received nothing. I asked and the man helping me said I don’t know and walked off!!! What is up this year?? Last year it was great!
This is a mess, my store has the poster out front and it says to check my receipt. I know I have spent over 500.00 since the start but my receipt says nothing. I asked customer service they said to go check on Kroger.com: nothing there either. Irritated enough to just quit dealing with Kroger even though my family has used them as our family store since childhood in Ohio. Their employees don’t even know what the heck is going on.
The Cashier had told me that I had earn $30 reward, but I went to a different Kroger this week and they told me that it was not showing up in my card and that they did not know what I was talking about. Should I go back to the Kroger were they told me at first?
The nice cashier who checked me out tonight alerted to my $30 reward that I had earned. She said that it was loaded onto my Kroger card and that it was good towards anything in the store that isn’t typical grocery or pharmacy.

What if you don’t live near a Kroger market place but a regular Kroger.
I just finished shopping and my receipt said my bonus has been loaded to my shoppers card. Gonna hang on to munreceipt just to be sure.
Does it load to your Kroger card or does a coupon print from the catalina machine?
Mine is actually giving money to spend. I think it’s $30 when you spend $500, $40 when you spend $750, and $50 when you spend $750.
Do you know how they are doing this? Mine is dollars as well, and I have yet to receive a Catalina, etc..
I have never heard of this. How can you tell if your store is a “select” Kroger? Where do find how much you get off?
Wish they wouldn’t have changed this from before. Last year we got free bonus “dollars” to actually use like cash so we were able to pick up some freebies. Guess it’s better than nothing…
