They cannot. It’s either one or the other.

For last Friday’s download on the Chili’s entree I was charged 2.50 for it and then it only took off 1.50 for the digital Q. Was this supposed to happen? I didn’t notice it til I got home because I purchased lots of other things in the same transaction.
I rung mine up separately! It should have been completely free. I would go back to customer service and get a refund, if it’s not an inconvenience for you.
under kroger savings it should say :$1.49
then under that it should say:ecpn FF Chillis 2.50-F
maybe your ecpn wasnt loaded to the card?
