I’d just like to remind everyone to make sure you check your receipts to see if the e-coupon has been posted. I just came back from Kroger where I purchase 3 things with e-coupons (among other things) and the e-coupon only showed on 1 item. I had to go to the service desk where my money was refunded and the fellow said he’d had another customer with the same problem today. After standing in line to check out my groceries I sure don’t feel like standing in another line at the service desk! Think I’ll email corporate.

I got my South Beach diet bars last Saturday. I just noticed that it is still on my card. Does that mean that it didn’t come off on my receipt. I just assumed that I got them free. I’m not sure where my receipt is. What do I do?
That same thing happened to me, Sheri. I guess I paid for the ones last week so I got another box today and it didn’t show on my receipt and I had to go to the service desk. So don’t trust those e-coupons. Check your receipts!
