The Kroger Free Friday Download is available the first Friday of every month!

You should see it advertised in the Kroger Weekly Ad, but we here at Kroger Krazy will always give you a sneak peak of the Kroger Ad so you can plan ahead.

All you have to do is register for a Kroger Plus Card via Kroger.com or the Kroger app to get started. Once you have logged into your account, simply add the Kroger Digital Coupon for the current Free Friday Download. The Kroger Coupon is only available to download THAT DAY, the first Friday of every month, but we typically have 2 full weeks to redeem it at the store, so don’t feel like you have to run right in that day.

Most Kroger stores will have the item(s) displayed in the front of the store, unless it’s something that needs to be refrigerated or frozen.

You CAN use Kroger Pickup to redeem your coupon.
