My Kroger deals are based on the ad for Ohio (Great Lakes/Columbus Region). The ad week starts on Monday. My Kroger doubles up to and including $0.50, so that is the math I do. If an item is priced 2/$5 (for example), you do not have to purchase 2 items to receive the $2.50 each price. Check your local store for policies regarding this.
