what do you do when the digicoupons don’t work? do you return the product or will calling customer service resolve it by sending you coupons to offset the supposedly free item?

i did this again and return my previous chips that didn’t ring up correctly. still, my digital coupon did not work. this is after more than 10hrs of loading this up
I bought some of these chips this morning about 2 hours after I loaded the coupon to card, and I was so wrapped up in my GM catalinas, that I didn’t realize my e-coupon for the free Tostitos did not work! So, y’all watch out at the register.
