I liked it. I took one piece, it is sealed individually in a bag, and put it on a bowl full of water. It didn’t take long for it to thaw. I opened the bag, rinsed it and patted the fish with paper towels. I put it on greased foil and topped it with fisherman’s wharf seasoning. I waiting until the edges looked done. I thought it was good, decent for the price. I’m planning on making Baja Fish Tacos with some of the other packs. If you don’t like the taste/consistency baked this may be a good option to try if you have some to use.

Has anyone actually prepared and eaten the Pollock yet? I made the mistake of buying 5 bags of this the last time it was this cheap with the digital coupon and it was HORRIBLE both times! I know I have had Pollock before, so either this is a terrible batch OR I am not making it correctly. I allowed mine to thaw in the fridge (like package says) and baked it in oven. It’s actually just 3 sealed bags of a fillet each, which has been folded in thirds and frozen. When you “try” to unfold the piece, it crumbles away to mush! The second time I cooked it as is and it was not much better. I will buy the tilapia or another higher priced one next time, because this may actually be a “you get what you pay for” situation!? Any other with comments or tips? Thanks.

When I look at the coupon on Kroger.com, it shows x5, but when I look at it in the Kroger app it doesn’t show x5. I had 5 in my basket but put 4 back because I thought it could only be used once! It’s still showing as loaded both at Kroger.com and in my Kroger app. Would it work if I went back and purchased 4 more?

In the Central region, it’s also a “sustainability” digital coupon x1 rather than x5. 🙁

Great Deal! The “World of Good” promotion, with its horde of x5 digital coupons is to be envied.
Here at King Soopers (Kroger affiliate) this promotion is much less a good deal. Here it is being promoted as “Sustainability Lives Here” and the digital coupons (on same products as Kroger with same cents off) are only x1 instead of x5.
