Look for the Special marked boxes of the Red Berries as they have a $1.00 off one box of Red Berries on the back of the box. I bought 3 went out to the car and took the coupons off and went back in and bought 3 more….$0.99 per box is a Great Deal….3 X 2.99 minus $3 instant savings =$5.97 minus 3 X $1.00 ($3.00) = $2.97 or $0.99 per box………stock up time!!!!

It was easier for me to just use my $1/3 Q, pay $1.66 each and call it a day. lol
No worries, Samantha! It’s a weird deal: Kroger’s deal is “Buy 3,” and we are putting a coupon for $1/2 on that. So you would have to buy 6 boxes, use (3) $1/2 Qs to get the $1.49 price.
Buy 6 @1.99 = $11.94 – $3.00 Qs = $8.94/6 = $1.49 each
At least that’s how I’m figuring it. Maybe someone else can explain better. 🙂

I’m sorry, but I’m still not understanding!! Wouldn’t it come to $1.66/per box with the $1/2? (3 boxes x $1.99 = $5.97 – $1.00 = $4.97 / 3 = $1.66/per box?)
Samantha, I clarified the scenario to show that you can just buy 2 boxes of cereal and then you need to add one more participating item to your transaction in order to get the $1.99 price. You can mix and match any of the items I have linked to the main list.
I asked at my Mid-Atlantic Kroger and they did not know anything about the reusable shopping bags so I guess they don’t have them here.
The “as low as” price assumes you are using the highest value coupon in the deal. In this deal, the $1/2 Q is the highest value. If you buy 3 Special K products, you get the $1.99 price on the cereal; then subtract out the value of the coupon (.50 each box), making it $1.49 each.
In my situation, I only had the $1/3 Q, paying $1.65 per box. Still a good deal for me.
