Question for those that used Kroger cash back. This is my first time using it and I’m not sure if it worked. The offers I had disappeared once I paid so I guess it went through but I don’t see any amount in the cash back area. Does it take a while? I didn’t want to contact Ralph’s just yet since I just did it but I was wondering if anyone had any experience using this feature can give me some tips or advice. Thank you! 🙂
Leslie, it will be ‘missing’ for a few days until it is processed. Once processed, it will appear in your redeemed deals (website) and at the bottom of your loaded deals (app). Unless the deal has expired. Expired deals don’t show up anywhere. Typically, things show up the second morning after your purchase, but lately it is not uncommon for it to take 3 or 4 days instead of 2. So it is a good thing is has gone missing. If it doesn’t go missing very shortly after purchase, it likely is not gong to process. I assume you know this, but the store is no help with. You have to call CSR at the 800#
