I have a 30 count small trash bag. It seems that they are one ply. I can’t open them. Is this a problem that you have dealt with before?
These are the worst garbage bags ever. Taking them out of your trash container they tear with just the touch of your fingers. There like one ply toilet paper.
I am usually a name brand person, but I have to say these work better than a lot of the name brand ones. 🙂
