I got my coupon and so did my sister. It is not Katie’s fault that they had a limit and it disappeared when it reached the limit.
I feel that y’all were wrong on how you distribute this coupon I sent an email out and as soon as people tried to get it the coupon is unavailable I shop at Krogers all the time try to do your surveys and still don’t get my 50 point

I think the free 500 fuel points was handled unfairly. With all the holiday goings on WHO had time to get on computer? Apparently you only had one day the 26tth to download but. You had till Jan 21st to redeem. We shop this always so you can see why I was so upset about it”
I always fill out my receipt survey but never ever get anything in my email about a offer nor have I ever won anything from doing all the surveys

I see why the coupon is gone. My daughter purchased something in Krogers after I downloaded the coupon, and the 500 points is loaded ready to use.
Is this a regional thing? I clicked on the link and it says “Sorry, this coupon is no longer available” but it doesn’t expire until 1/21/2019.

Just an hour and a half after receiving the notification the coupon is no longer available!!! Really makes me angry!!! Especially after the gas pump I used last week did not honor my 40 cents off and NO ONE knew how to fix it for me. Just that it’s still on my account and I can use it next time….providing it’s not expired by then. Not happy with Kroger!!!!!
