This was really a shot in the dark, but we decided to test it out by purchasing 10 Gerber Graduates Pick-Ups meals, which are the lowest priced items in the mega. We received (1) $3.00 and (2) $1.00 OYNO Catalinas. Throw in some coupons and we have a great deal!

I tried this in Shepherdsville KY.I didnt get it to .10,…i got them at .79 each.
I bought 10 of the meals a couple days ago. No cat printed. Tried again today and just bought 3 of the breakfast buddies and got a $2 and $1 Cat back. For me, it depends on which u scan I use. Some print the cats regularly others never print them.
None in Little Elm, TX 🙁 but still had some coupons!

As far as I’m seeing, the $1 Catalina is for every 2 breakfast buddies you buy. (So if you buy 2 you get $1 if you buy 4 you get $2 and so on.) not totally sure what the $3 is printing on tho!
I bought 3 breakfest buddies today and got $3 back. It doesn’t make any sense why the pick ups aren’t printing Catalinas.
I just tried this deal tonight and got no Catalinas. 🙁 I’m in the Cincinnati region.
Went to the Lake Charles, La. Kroger and bought 14 Gerber meals—-no Catalinas. I always have trouble getting the Catalinas even if they are advertised—it is so frustrating to have to fill out the form every time—having trouble collecting one that I was supposed to be getting 2 Catalinas for—I basically told them they should fix their machines or take them out of the stores!
Tried this today on 20, no Catalinas printed.

I bought 10 gerber graduates and got back 6 catalinas equaling 8 dollars. 1 3.00 and 5 1.00. After sale, 2 1.00 off 4 manufacturer coupons and catalinas I payed .90 for all 10.

Let’s not judge people for feeding these products to their children. You never know other people’s circumstances – in my specific case, our daycare requires that the food we bring daily for our child to eat be sealed in original packaging – this means no homecooked meals, and no meals portioned out from larger packages. Once your baby moves on from purees there are not a lot of prepackaged alternatives to choose from.

Please consider that these are not healthy for your little ones….processed foods, sitting in plastic containers, that don’t need to be refrigerated.
Nothing is healthy for people anymore. With all the pesticides on fresh fruits and veggies, to “free range” chickens (2,000 packed into a barn), corn fed animals, food dyes, artificial sweeteners, and super processed fast food packed with grease…i would say these are the least of our worries 🙂

Yes!! Went to Kroger this morning and found 5 gerber cereal at the clereance section for .69 cent each and the gerber juice for just $1.19 and had .75 cent mq which included for the mega sale and got back the 3 Catalina

So in order to get this amount of meals for .29 cents each, you first pay the full $7.90 on transaction #1 and receive the catalinas. Then you do transaction #2 of the same thing and use your catalinas from transaction #1 on transaction #2 and only pay .29 cents a meal. Then you get more catalinas from transaction #2 & use them on #3 and so on and so on? Is that how to best use catalinas? Thanks!
Yes, that’s how it would work. It’s sometimes misleading when we (people who share scenarios like this) write the final cost and it reflects the OYNO catalina. A lot of people prefer it that way though, so that seems to be the standard across websites.
To figure out what each item is really costing, you’d need to include that original $7.90 into the cost of the 3 transactions and average it out that way. Much higher per item, but still a great deal. HTH
