I just cannot with Kroger and their silly rules about couponing! So, all through the last mega sale with the Kotex and Scrubbing Bubbles products, my store was out the entire time and even put signs up “temporarily out of stock”. They even pulled the signs under all 3 of the U by Kotex products! I was lucky enough to get a rain check for both and low and behold; they have some of each in today! I got 3 toilet bowl cleaners plus 2 Kotex tampons and when I went to register to buy them, I was DENIED THE KOTEX MANUFACTURER COUPON because it was 2 cents OVER the price! This was the insert coupon from the paper. My store has a written policy for us couponers which clearly states no internet printed coupon accepted for 75% of the selling price, yet also states “manufacturer coupons redeemed at face value”. This store also denies using a coupon on any manager clearance as well, which is NOT written in the policy. I give up! I did receive the $2 Catalina and spent it right away today because I do not plan on shopping here in the near future. Oh; they were also out of the Friday Freebie today, because they did not have the small bags in stock! I have shopped at Kroger for eons and they have now lost me as a customer!
When I do the math it’s saying I still owe 1.49 please explain
