Lisa, this isn’t like other apps where you cash out. As soon as Shopmium verifies your purchase, they automatically send the rebate into your Paypal. It takes a few days to receive but it always comes. Check your Paypal for your rebate & also check your history within the app – go to Purchases (tab at the bottom) & click each rebate for the payment history. If you’re still missing payments then go to your Profile & make sure the email address you have entered is the same email that you receive Paypal to. Everything you need is in the app.
I’ve been using Shopmium and tryed to cash out my rebates over a month ago but it has never hit my pay pal account. I’ve emailed them twice with no response. Do you have any other idea how to reach someone there ???
