I attempted to go to redeem mine and the store rejected them stating they don’t allow customers to get deals over 75% off. I went back later through the self-check out lane and had no issues. My advice, go through the self-check out. Hand your coupon over to the old lady and she will take care of you.
I had no problem printing (internet explorer, Windows 7), but I did try to redeem one of these Q’s for two 4-packs of Frappuccino because they are one sale and with the Q would make them $3 each and they were getting rejected by the computer, but the cashier manually accepted these anyway at my Kroger because the Q states ANY coffee product, but what I realize is that it is referring to dry coffee grounds as pictured on the Q. So if you are all up for it, maybe you can try these Q’s on grounds (or Kcups or VIA) instead?? I am tempted to try my luck with my second Q on two more 4-packs because those are “AWESOME”!!! 😀 But if I get rejected I will retry on the products pictured and let you all know. Maybe I will just throw them in a boss or teacher gift basket?? (They REALLY need to edit the coupon and state what they actually mean! I sure hope they reinstate my store; it is their own error!
I talked to the Manager and HE didnt accept BECAUSE the value of the product is $1.99 so I am not spending the $4 of the coupon gives.

I got my coffee at CVS. Priced at 1.99 No problem using coupon.
I tried to use this at the Kroger by my work and it wouldn’t scan in. The manager said it was because it didn’t apply to that product. I really didn’t want to argue and hold up the line (it was super crowded), so I just had them void the items. I will try at the Kroger near my house
I finally got mine to print today and when I went to Krogers to get them the Cashier told me that she couldn’t accept it because the picture shows the boxes and pouches. I tried explaining that the coupon says in bold print “ANY TWO STARBUCKS PRODUCTS” and that the wording doesn’t specify that it only had to be boxes or pouches, but she still would not give it to me and asked if I wanted to put them back. She looked at me like I was crazy when I said of course I still want them, it is Starbucks afterall…

The fine print on the coupon says “Limit one coupon per person.” Does this mean I can only use one? It let me print 2.
Firefox blocked the “Java deployment toolkit” because it’s a “vulnerable plugin.” I allowed pop-up windows, overrode the block by “allowing” it once, and was able to print the coupon. After that, I right-clicked on the page, clicked “Permissions” and disabled the “Java deployment toolkit.”

I used it on the bottled iced coffee. as long as you purchase two of them. I am not sure what Kroger is saying they don’t accept printed coupons…that’s crazy…wouldn’t shop there anymore lol

When you click on the Starbucks link, at the right hand TOP of the page you will see a tab labeled SPECIAL SAVINGS. Click on it.
Once that opens, it will give instructions on java. In the RIGHT HAND side, there will be a picture. It says on that picture GET COUPON. Click on it, then your coupon should print.

After trying last night with no success on Chrome I tried again this morning with Internet Explorer and finally got them to print. Only the coupons printed out so tiny(1 1/2″ x 1/2″) I guess this coupon and I were just not meant to be!
Thank you for this info!! I don’t mean to brag, but… I am surprised to see so many people saying they had trouble printing (after I had just printed two with ease). So I guess that just means that I will be a part of the other half getting the store to process them! Even so, I am delighted at the prospect of this deal, and I just want to live in my little happy bubble for now! xD
I think the website was having problems yesterday afternoon/evening and that is why people weren’t able to print the coupons. Looks like it’s working today though b/c I didn’t have any problems printing this time.
Hey Ladies (and gents),
The coupon for sure is NOT fraudulent as another had posted. I just finished using my coupon and they actually owed me 2 pennies. As for those having issues printing, always be sure that you only have ONE version of JAVA on your computer. Many times, there are OLD updates still present and it will not function properly. So when you have you scan for JAVA, if it asks you to uninstall any old versions, be sure to let the computer do so!! Happy Krogering, I will enjoy my coffee’s tomorrow during class.

I GOT IT TO PRINT!! Where it says Get Coupon. I right clicked and copyed the link and in a new tab i did paste & go and then I had to click allow and run and it printed!

I am wondering if anyone has anymore information about this “we don’t accept printed coupons anymore” (for Kroger). My Fred Meyer (Northwest Kroger affiliate) is the last place in town I can use internet coupons as Winco and Walmart will no longer put bar codes in manually if the coupon does not scan promptly and I won’t buy an item I have a coupons for that they will not honor. Does anyone know any coupon forums where there is a thread discussing this issue? A Walmart manager suggested I reconfigure my printer as it may be laying down too much ink on the bar code–not sure how to do that. I don’t print many coupons as I am a household of one but sure feel bad for the young families who rely on coupons to stretch a paycheck especially if this is a trend of the big grocery stores.
The kroger I went to said my OFF clip on coupons that are $4 off they have it on sale for $3.99 they said those coupons were fraudulent. I printed them from coupons.com. I’m getting fed up with coupon shopping at Kroger.

I finally got it to print as well. I had to disable blockers and I restarting my system. Got it on 2 computers. Still takes a minute to actually print. Keep trying!!!

After trying repeatedly using both chrome and firefox and updating Java I tried one last time and it printed. Did take forever. I had to disable blocking for popups and plugins – I’m not sure this was necessary but it did work. Good luck!!
i got mine~ you have to have the latest version of java and the coupon printer installed. then its easy
NO GO! I updated Java who knows how many times and tried it on 3 different browsers! Chrome, Firefox, and Explorer! NOTHING! 🙁 im pretty bummed!
Didn’t work on either of my printers tried downloading java and was told I have the most current version. Even tried their Jumpstart but to no avail. Eventually did get a blank page with the outline of a coupon to print. What a disappointment and waste of time
Didn`t work for me either, 2 different computers even after updating Java and restarting the computers. I found the “special Savings” tab and read all the requirements, but there was no “print” tab and the “get coupon” one didn`t do anything. :(((
I clicked on the special savings tab at the top and got to the coupon but it wont print and its been like 20 minutes, way past patient : ) but irritating cuz I wanted to get these for my bf and my brother

There should be a little small icon on the right top corner after you have gone into the special savings tab. It’s small but in the small box it has the option to print.
