@Jennifer, I think you may have misread the same page I did.
It said on the sample page to please allow 4-6 weeks for processing & delivery. On the order confirmation it said 2-5 business days for normal orders, but right below that message it said for holiday or sample orders, please allow extra time.
@Anna, I also had a problem with it saying I already placed an order, but I received an email pretty quickly asking for my address and got a confirmation they would send one out. Very nice people over there.
Thanks Samantha…I didn’t look at the coupon (don’t even know if I received that one), I was just going off my coupon database and they didn’t enter any size restrictions. Oh well, that would’ve been a nice little freebie. Thanks for the feedback!

It said I would receive my sample in 2-5 business days.
It gave me the same error message and I know no one in my household has applied for it. However, it did say that some people are erroneously getting the error and to contact them with your name and shipping address and they will send a sample, so I did!
