Be careful, you also can’t redeem the checkout 51 offer if you’ve clipped the kroger digital coupon, even if you haven’t redeemed it. I bought 2 bags of the puffs Sunday, 3/25 and submitted my receipt that night. The next day, I clipped the $4 kroger coupon, which was before my C51 receipt had actually been approved. They ended up denying my C51 submission, and even after a long email chain back and forth with C51 customer service, they will not honor the $8 I should have gotten since I already claimed it in another account (even though I hadn’t even used the coupon). They said even if I unclipped the coupon, it wouldn’t matter. They still consider that “combining offers” even though it’s not on the same purchase. BEWARE!
*oh Mel- I found mine in its own cardboard display right by the lunchmeats and cheeses near the center by the cooler coffins in my IL store. I actually forgot to check for them and just accidently spotted the display as I was cornering one of the cereal aisles! Then I noticed the blue mega sale marker and decided to put it with my other items. I never did look in the snack aisle. I’d ask if you cannot find them….you could show them your digital coupon?
That is strange because I checked my husbands CO 51 offer and he has claimed 1 and there STILL shows he has 1 left to claim. Could they be basing this on location? Mine has always shown ZERO offers left, since I do have it in SavingStar as well. It’s funny when they first started linking 51 with SS (by email), mine used to say “2 claimed” and it made me mad because I had not bought OR CLAIMED it in any app yet! Even if you have it checked in another digital acct. or app, it still deletes all but 1. Another thing that bugs me is even weeks after you claim your SS offer, it will STILL never reset in the new week so you could buy it again. You cannot double claim the same item weeks later!
Jane, the lack of available rebates in Checkout51 is not related to a Savingstar issue for me (and probably other people) because I do not have a Savingstar account. So, I have to assume that there were no more rebates available.
I took my receipt to the customer service counter after the digital coupon for $4 off didn’t deduct from my transaction. They issued a $4 cash refund on the spot.
Going through my kroger digital coupons, there is also a $4 off 1 digital coupons for these.
I’m in Cincinnati and I can’t find this product,where are you guys at?
I also found the Kroger $4 digital coupon. I was hoping there may be a larger bag, so it won’t be over the price and it would come off at register. I looked online and it only shows 4 oz. bags either PB or PB and chocolate flavors. $2.99 (price before mega sale) is still over the selling price. I only bought 1 bag of the plain PB kind to try them plus the awesome MM deal, so I may get the other chocolate variety only if I need an extra item to make up my 6 in the mega sale. For FREE they are OK, but my husband hated them, lol!
Jane- Eureka! I do have it checked in my SavingStar account. I didn’t know SavingStar and Checkout51 were connected. Thanks for clearing up the mystery. I thought other people just snatched up the Checkout51 offers right away.
KG digital coupon didn’t come off because the price is lower than the coupon value?
I posted about this deal yesterday in the must do deals. The reason it shows zero offers left in your CO 51 acct. is probably because you also have that offer selected in your Saving Star acct as well? I had this as well…they do not want you double claiming deals! They are using the email you provided, so you will not be able to claim your CO 51 offers if you have them in SS as well, hope that helps. It took me weeks to figure out why I had the zeros in my acct. and my husbands still had them, that’s because they are different emails/accts!
Checkout 51 has said ZERO remaining offers on the Nutter Puffs. It has been this way for wks.
I tried to do this deal today, but the Checkout51 reabate is already gone. Also, since these were $2.49 after the mega sale discount, the $4 digital q wouldn’t work. Kroger stores in my area don’t allow overage. Waste of my time. The two bags are going back for a refund tomorrow.
