I have scoured 3 Kroger stores in Macomb County for the Pert shampoo; advertised as part of the $5 for 5 participating items. I was told at all 3 that they did not carry the brand, therefore, could not issue a raincheck for the item. WHAT? Is that logical, since there are more than 3 Kroger stores in the State of Michigan? And, one of the other stores could carry it; if I’m in the neighborhood, I could stop & purchase the product, or, one of these 3 stores could also begin carrying it. Has anyone out there been given the same info?
