The Huggies wipes Catalina offer that was featured on your site yesterday was incorrectly set up. Due to this error, incorrect UPC’s were included for this promotion. The error has been fixed and now only includes the original UPC’s that were intended to trigger the $5 off next shopping order coupons. On Wednesday, all participating items for this promotion will have the proper tag identifying it as a qualifying item. We apologize for any confusion this error has caused.

I bought 4 packs. 2 transactions got to Catalina on monday. Went to use them today and my kroger store said I could not use them and they were a scam. Went to customer service and St hey said the same thing. I asked how can it be a scam if it printed from your store.
I told them Kroger needs to make it right we didn’t know it was a scam. They took my Catalinas, and gave me a 10 kroger gift card.
Everyone needs to keep in mind that Kimberly Clark now has to eat the cost of all these ‘moneymaker’ wipes. I’m sure corporate is frustrated by this mistake. Their response is usually to quit offering catalinas or even super skimpy $0.25 value coupons. I’m trying to figure out why people are so upset because they didn’t get a chance to take advantage of this glitch. Why should we ever be excited to profit off of someone else’s mistake? And please don’t put up brags from these people with pics of 100 wipes. People are so selfish nowadays. The Get all you Can and Can all you Get mentality is so selfish.

Not working in KY. Went this morning and took 8 pkgs to the register. The cashier said the catalinas were not printing on them anymore. 🙁
I went yesterday and had no trouble at all at a kings in my area, I even bought 8 packs of $1 travel wipes. Apparently this facebook group has lower exposure in my region.
must work in AR cause I went to 5 different Krogers and all shelves were cleared. So question … Since it was FIXED will there be a Catalina generating for $5 but with different numbers ?
If it’s the last thing I do I will figure out a way to prevent anyone from buying no more than a certain amount, greedy people are why they quit doubling , I know there is a way to make it stop and I will figure it out
About a year ago my Kroger chose to change the coupon policy, they will no longer accept more than three coupons that you print from home per day… even if you have 7 completely different items, they’ll only accept three of the coupons. They are also doing their best to enforce the “per day” during slower times of the day when only 1-2 lanes are open you can’t separate your orders into more than one transaction or get back in line. Those old lady cashiers that work in the morning are serious about the coupon policy, they even watch for certain people who are big couponers! It probably won’t be long before some new policy puts a new challenge on honest family grocery budgeting!
My Kroger was out of the hard packs so I tried on the soft packs this morning. No catalina! I was very disappointed, to say the least. I wasn’t even trying to make money, I just wanted the catalina. I ended up leaving a cart full of wipes.
I did 2 .99 cent wipes got $5 back. Used it on $7.99 diapers with a $2 coupon. $3.18 for two wipes and a pack of diapers. We had a shelf cleaner out here I only got 4 sets!

Some families depend on sales and coupons to stick to their budgets, I once overheard a young mom trying to explain to her son that she would not be able to buy the package of cookies he wanted because several of the sale items she had planned to purchase were sold out and she was forced to spend more than she budgeted for on another brand…. meanwhile 3-4 people are walking around with 40 of those items in their carts! I noticed she had a package of hamburger in her cart and knew I had a coupon for $1.50 off, I found I also had a coupon for a different brand of cookies than what he had chosen… I coupon to save my family money, I have one daughter in college and another a year away. I introduced myself and apologized for intruding and handed her the two coupons and told her I hoped she could use them to make it possible to give her son the treat he was clearly upset about losing! She accepted the coupons with a look of relief on her face, she explained that it is important to her and her husband that she has the opportunity to stay home and raise their son, sticking to a tight budget is the only way it is possible, and they had an unexpected car repair bill to pay, so they were really tight. That little boy was going to be three that week and she had promised him a treat for his birthday, every other item on her list was necessary for the weeks meals (and it wasn’t much!) As you shelf clearers stand there admiring the empty shelves of the sales your greed had deprived others of taking advantage of, finding a place to store enough baby wipes to clean a person’s butt from infancy through college, know that because people who think like you will be the reason manufacturers will eventually decide coupons aren’t worth the trouble and we will all lose out! I dare any of you to look into the face of a stressed out parent trying to feed their family or small boy about to lose his birthday treat and say “Don’t be mad just because you were too slow!”
Figures that they would stop doing this Catalina. I went to two stores and they were gone. I hope they weren’t just keeping them in the back like someone said. That would stink. I wish whoever bought them all would have saved some for others. Oh well!

Yes, the Catalina that you received will still work. The company fixed the printing of incorrectly producing cat’s, but the ones that people received will scan and work without issues.
i just got off the phone with Catalina to see if this coupe was good.m because I went last night and it did not print out anything for me. They said they are removing the coupon and that they are updating their system. For those are excited to get these wet wipes. You won’t be getting a coupon with with.
Hoarders…I could see if they were donating all the product…but I see it for sale on different sites

I read on Krazy Coupon Lady that it was illegal to resell these groceries. It is people who try to beat the system that have caused the restriction that are in place. If you are not buying things for your own or your family’s use or to donate to a food pantry, you should practice some restraint!

not everyone is a hoarder but is good to be stocked up. we use wipes for our kids our selfs, and family members don’t be judging others if you don’t know their situation. am pretty sure if you could have gotten some you wouldn’t be complaining.
Works in Little Rock, AR for two of the pull-ups wipes. All the Huggies are gone.
Shelves cleared of course. I live within a mile of five Krogers and the regular shelf cleaners in my area always take everything. These people should be ashamed of themselves. There are other people in need of these items as well.

Went to one Kroger, and the lady said manager told her it was coupon fraud, bet they put all of those in the back.

A lot of things are coupon fraud, this is not one of them. The plain wording of the Catalina advertisement printout offers no exclusions and refers only to general “packages” of certain branded “products”. Carrying 2 packages of a product to the register, paying, and getting a $5 ONYO is not fraud.
Did Kimberly-Clark really intend for this offer to work on 2, 16ct, $1 packages of Huggies Wipes? Of course not; this was certainly directed towards diapers, pull-ups, and perhaps multi-pack wipes. Someone made a mistake in coding the offer, either Kimberly-Clark or Catalina Marketing. Are we taking advantage of the situation? Yes. It is NOT coupon fraud. You could argue morality here, but not fraud.
However, the technique certain individuals have admitted to using to get the ONYO’s to print prior to making full payment for the order is fraud since the Catalina language very plainly states “on your next order”.
While I totally agree with what you stated I doubt many people really care. Most just want to make a buck when and if they can. They don’t care if it is a glitch or whatever, they just see free and they can make money. What would be nice is if the people buying extreme amounts would leave 2 or 4 for someone with babies who really need this product. And no, I went to Kroger and did not purchase the product or even care to.

not working in AZ. Tried it twice and didnt get a catalina. I thought the machine wasn’t just working so I tried again on another register and it didn’t work as well. I tried buying 2 of the more expensive ones with zipper and it generated with a $5 catalina. The shelves at 2 frys that I went to were all cleared up so I guess it was working yesterday or early this morning.
I was at Fry’s around 10:30 and it was working on the $1 packs & the 56 ct soft packs.
The Catalina didn’t print here (Fort Wayne, Indiana). 🙁

It means once you get the catalina, you can turn around and use the catalina on the same merchandise that gave you the catalina. Sometimes you can’t.

I predict Kimberly Clark will kill this offer, at least on the wipes, by Wednesday, at the latest. It might not even last to the end of today; this is a mistake or an unintended result of the way the offer was programmed. Get them while you can. I did the deal a few times, in groups of 4, just in case the offer got pulled while I was in the store.

I think you will have to purchase 2 on one order then purchase 2 more on a separate order. It should print a catalina on each order.

You have to buy 2, I just bought the 1.99 soft packs and it printed the $5 catalina. Then I bought two containers 2.39 and another 2 set of the soft packs in same transaction and it printed two $5 catalina and you can roll the catalinas too!
This will be my first time trying this (or any coupon/catalina). What does roll the catalinas mean? What’s the best way to do this? Purchase 2 so that you receive the $5 catalina & then just do 2 in each transaction so you don’t pay for anymore? I appreciate any & all help. Thank you 🙂
